The car wash itself is great, no complaints there. But you leave feeling like you just went through a timeshare tour. I can understand that you want to sell memberships, but being greeted with an aggressive salesperson EVERY. TIME. is a lot. My most recent trip through for a wash has made me never want to return. Fraudulently enrolled in a membership. I have never had to contact the Better Business Bureau about a business’s poor or unethical practices before but I did today. First, I spoke to an employee of Wash N Roll who works directly with the owner, Steve. I was so disappointed at the lack of integrity and customer service. In December 2024, I went to get a $12 car wash and was told they were offering unlimited car washes that month for free, no obligation.
