Wash n stole car wash just wanted to wash my car but was signed up for a membership the 20 $ was withdrawn out of my account but I never agreed to that.no conversation about a member ship just used my debit card to process the payment When I called I was yelled at
This used to be my favorite carwash, but the guy standing at the kiosk trying to get me to renew my membership made me feel really uncomfortable.
Idk who designed the vacuum system but it's probably the most frustrating experience of vacuuming a car there can be. They rest along the sides of your car, creating a frustrating mess of tangled hoses. You can't open your doors without moving them out of the way constantly. It's already sort of annoying and tedious vacuuming a car, and they just make it worse
Predatory and outright lying behavior by their salesperson at the kiosk, with zero help or acknowledgement of a problem from the company. I pulled up and started to buy a bronze wash for $12. Of course he walks over to interrupt me using the kiosk to tell me about their "special" that is running that gives me a free month of unlimited washes for the price of the bronze wash.
