There is sincere confusion over renewal dates and agreements, mixed messaging and a refusal to budge on their behalf.
I cancelled my membership on their website on May 8th. I received an email confirmation but my card continued to be charged for 3 months. I called to dispute it, took 30 minutes on the phone, and the most they would do is refund one month. THIS is why people hate shady car wash employees.
WARNING!!! I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. I was signed up for a subscription without my consent. When I contacted customer support, they couldn’t provide any record of my personal information or even my vehicle’s license plate—yet they still had my card on file and charged me. This raises serious concerns about how they handle billing and customer data.
People are very kind and helpful! I love this location in Franklin;)
