Do not go here. Scratched my brand new car in 3 different places. Employee completely blew me off. Customer service did not respond to 3 separate emails.
Rude and disrespectful sales person standing right on top of the Kiosk. Had to say no to the subscription 3 times, then he became snarky w “you’re one of the 7% that don’t….” My advice is to just Thank me for the business and work hard to earn future business.
The guy at the kiosk was being aggressive about getting a membership. He kept insisting, and after I declined he frowned and said "will you at least tip the people who scrub your car?" and I said "sure" and he chose the most expensive one without even asking and just walked away.. sad and scummy behavior. lol
Attendant was very rude after I said I didn’t want to sign up for a car wash membership.
