Best car wash around they do awesome work on detailing for a reasonable price
HORRIBLE!!! I am a regular customer and when they first opened they were awesome! Management could care a less now! The service is terrible, they have 1 person trying to take care of 5 or 6 cars by the self while Management sits in a booth or dies nothing to help! When you ask for help they pretend they don't understand you, believe me they do! I am saddened that I will be finding another car wash, one that cares about customers & customer service! For the price, they offer a lot and always do a great job. Very impressed!
Took my 2015 Tundra there yesterday. Their equipment hung up on the rear passenger side wheel well. It dented & scratched my truck pretty bad... more than 18 inches long and a big dent! I tried to find someone to show it to, most of the employees can't speak English. I finally found a person that could speak English and he said there wasn't a manager on site that day... and someone would call me the following day.
