they broke a piece of my truck and they were really rube. and told me they weren't responsible for it.
Well paid $19 to have water sprayed on my car. No soap was ever put on the car. Heck I was worried about the car getting wrecked not washed.
Recommended5 stars! Great work! My back seat was stained from grandkids’ spills. Wash Masters shampooed and cleaned my interior. Looks brand new even though vehicle is 5 years old!
My husband and I only use this car wash for washes and details. My husband regularly has his 1959 car detailed for car shows and I had my truck detailed today. My 5 year old truck looks brand new! Thanks so much. I read some of the reviews about not being able to get a detail later in the afternoon. They are just that busy because, well, they are that good. I went and had my car cleaned, left my prescription glasses on the picnic table. An employee put them up for safe keeping!! Thank you for saving me literally HUNDREDS of dollars to replace them AND for a clean vehicle!!
They need some real management. After leaving the wash tunnel I am sitting waiting for them to vac and dry car...20 minutes later she tells me to back out and go to a different row, there is a Jeep behind me so that is impossible. Then, she tells me just leave the keys and they will get to me. What am I paying for???? Horrible service and communication.
