RecommendedLove coming here, I have my regular guys that detail and wash my car. Great place, and service. Highly recommended Wash Masters.
They have always done a half/ half job so we stopped using them a while back. Brought my car in last week and they did a decent job so this time I called ahead and needed a hand wash for our dully they told me they for sure could do it got there and they told me they someone else pulled in and could no longer do mine even tho we are here 3 hrs before they close. Very rude and did not have good customer service at all !!! We will not be

We always strive to do a good job and exceed the customer satisfaction, yet if you have any issue at anytime please bring it to the manager on duty and surly they will rectify the mistake. They provide bad service. I tried giving them a second chance but they disappointed me again.
They stepped up in business the employees did a great job cleaning my suv and they made it look like brand new interior and exterior
The sign says they’re open until 8pm but I come through at 6:30 specifically to have a spot shampooed out of my backseat and they tell me they’re already closing detail down for the day. I won’t be back!

They do great work, but the kids on the weekend are too eager to make sure they are out the door at closing time. Took my truck at 4:05, they close at 6, asked for detail but they didn't have time. 3 cars in detail which 2 were being worked on already but didn't have time. Second time it's happened, the last time I was there at 3:30. Annoying when you have someone follow you to drop your vehicle off.
I HAVE NOT USED THIS CAR WASH SINCE JULY AND CANCELED SERVICE THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING MY CARD AND AFTER SOMEONE CALLED SAID THAT THEY WOULD MAKE IT UP WITH A FULL DETAIL TWO MONTH AGO AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT WELL STILL CHARGING MY CARD AND NOT ONE WILL CALL BACK OR ANSWER THE PHONE
