I came into this office in January with a fractured skull and brain bleeds. After my first visit, which I was given very little information, I was completely ignored. I kept following up with the office, only to find out MONTHS after the fact that I needed to be seeing a neurologist, something this office doesn't provide, nor did they feel the need to tell me until 6 months had passed. I have been going to Dr. Pingree for 10 years and I absolutely love that office and usually the staff. I just called to schedule my MRI and the receptionist I think her name is Holly. She was so beyond rude to me to begin with. Telling me they don’t set up MRI’s and giving me attitude!! There is one receptionist there who is so so so nice I can’t remember her name but I couldn’t believe how rude she was to me. So not impressed!!!
I can not say enough positive things about this practice and the people who work here. I’ve been a patient of Dr Pingree at Wasatch Neuro for over 2 years and the care I receive from the front desk to Dr Pingree himself is courteous and very professional. I’m very appreciative to these people as they handle my long term care
