This is by far the worst vet in Utah I swear it. I was quoted 30$ for a pre neuter for my sweet pet cat. While I was there they administered something that cost 50$ but they did it without telling me so I was holding my cat and I go to pay the 30$ and I'm shocked to find out it was 80$.....I didn't have 80$ I dont have a lot of money at all and I asked them why? And the receptionist kept running around my questions and then she yelled at me that I need to pay immediately and a vet tech comes out and physically grabs my cat and take her from me the receptionist then proceeded to tell me that I have 2 hours to pay or they'll give her to animal control and I'll never see her again (at this point I was excessively crying and asking them why they were doing this) so long story short I had to take out a loan and I was able to rescue my cat from these horrible people. I want to reiterate that at no point did anyone mention the 50$ extra dollars they were going to add. I wasn't going to get her spayed there anyway because they quoted me at 950$ for the procedure and I told them before the reception incident that I was going to go somewhere else and I honestly think they were angry that I didn't want to schedule the surgery with them. Please go somewhere else. You may not think it can happen to you but it happened to me and I never did anything to any of these people. My heart is broken for all the pet owners that were broken down and abused just as I was. Also know that they give people a money incentive to write a review please do not believe these reviews look at the real ones at 1 or 2 Stars. God bless and keep your fur babies from these people.

Wasatch Hollow Animal is very knowledgeable about everything that has occurred with our three cats. They have done everything from amputating dislocated toe, difficult teeth extractions, and even allergy testing.
