Service, acceptable Place, not so clean but not so dirty, but the club house second floor is the place you should not visit...oh and the pool and hot tub also you don't wanna go because dirty water, but sunbathing is fine. I got a clean and new flooring apartment unit, so nothing to complain about it. Overall, this is a good place to live, because freeways are minutes away, grocery, restaurants, shopping within several miles, everything just so close to us living here.
The complex is clean and well maintained. Any issues were dealt with promptly and the staff is very pleasant. I lived here for a couple of years, only moved because we bought a house.

This place is awful and the people running it have no integrity. I could sit here and write a novel about everything wrong with this place but I'll save you the trouble by just saying the people who run it are liars. They will say one thing then turn around and do the exact opposite then treat you like you're stupid when you call them out on it. Not to mention my car has been broken into 6 times in 3 months. Do yourself a favor and move literally ANYWHERE else but here.
This apartment sucks!!!!! They didn't fix anything Even when I called and asked them to fix things that were broken 5,000 times!!!
I have been living here since August and started out with problems with a noisy neighbor that took 3 months to get resolved with calls to the police, security and management.. It was starting to get better but then when the weather got colder maintenance stopped paying attention to the grounds. Total rip off. They make their money by forcing tenants to evict but still requiring them to pay the rest of the lease. Complete abuse of the three day pay or vacate power, and hidden fees everywhere. And when they do evict you they charge you fees they "could have been charging you but weren't, but are now going to charge you months worth." Maintenance was crap and took forever. Community laundromat was way over priced. Workers are unfriendly and not sympathetic. Worst place I have ever lived.
