Well we were harassed for an entire year for things we didn't do. Prime example, we got letters threatening fees for the lawn damage that had been done. I took pictures, the lawn was clearly damaged by tracks left by THEIR maintenance team driving their carts through the lawn. RecommendedLived here for about 4 months but maintenance was always very prompt. They were also very helpful with helping us through the process of selling our lease.
Maintenance refuses to fix leaky ceilings, they'll charge you for anything that was broken before you moved in. Be prepared to fork over an extra $100 a month in CAM fees even thought they don't actually maintain the grounds. We even have pictures of a super moldy baseboard that was destroyed by this leaky ceiling. These pictures were taken after the maintenance manager, PJ, told us there was "no mold at all in this bathroom." Save some money and live somewhere with higher rent.

We just moved out of these apartments (thank goodness) it's not safe for adults let alone children. Our cars were broken into 4 times, cops were there for our neighbors so much we knew them on a first name bases. DO YOURSELF AND FAMILY A FAVOR AND RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I lived here for over 3 yrs & they r awful!!!! They r liars & don't stick to their word. The apartment I lived in was 1 bedroom & was horrible before I even moved in. The carpet was dirty & old & they were inconsiderate in everything that broke bc they'd say they'd fix it, but they didn't as if my time wasn't valuable also. The deposit I put down was never returned to me & they would try to charge me for things that I didn't need to be charged for. Save yourself the time & trouble & heartache & don't sign up please.
