Service was beyond horrible we waited an hour at the table waiting on a cook. once the cook finished cooking we waited 30 to 45 minutes just for the waitress to bring a bill because she was confused by the computer. They don’t cater to people with seafood allergies because I told him and the waitress told him that I was allergic to shrimp but he continued to use the same utensils to cook the shrimp and my chicken and he didn’t clean the grill after cooking the shrimp and cooked my chicken on top of the same area on the grill... read more
Most nervy thing the SLOW, RUDE AND VERY UNHAPPY ACTING AND LOOKING waitress asked us if we wanted chicken or pork fried rice with our lunch. We said chicken. She DID NOT TELL US THERE WAS AN UPCHARGE OF $3.00 A PERSON FOR THIS!!!! RUDE! I saw it on bill AFTER and I confronted manager and they did nothing. I won’t return beware.
Recommendedda bomb to be a hibachi knockoff ov another national chain
Not impressed -food was bland-environment not very clean-show was not much of a show-drinks not refilled-plates not removed -disappointed
I enjoy Wasabi above most other hibachi places because of the ginger sauce and yum yum sauce - both are exquisite and made differently than other places. The hibachi chefs and Birthday fun is pretty even, but Wasabi reigns supreme with the sauces and extra nod to customer service. First rate!
