Great experience! This was the first restaurant I went to when I moved to NC and I wasn't sure how the Japanese food would be. It was really good and the restaurant was a really nice one. Friends enjoyed various drinks there and I definitely would recommend them for great food and service!
First time First time trying Elephant Thai so I went with the old standby, Drunken Noodles. I also tried the Crying Tiger appetizer. They delivered in less than 20 mins which was great. The Crying Tiger was great. The BBQ beef had great flavor & the dipping sauce was perfect. My drunken noodles were just what I was looking for. Great flavor & good heat. I will definitely try their delivery again.
sushi rolls After moving here from Greensboro and trying a couple of the local sushi places, I didn't believe I was going to find one that could hold a candle to some of the restaurants in Greensboro. Then I found Kanki! Buy 1 get 1 free sushi rolls ALL the time and Incredible hibachi! We can go in and fill up on sushi and still come out with leftovers and only spend around $30 after the tip! sushi, We have been there twice for sushi, the place was packed both times. We sit at the sushi bar, which actually has enough space so that you can move your elbows. Super fresh fish and great rolls, wish the prices were lower so I could go more often. The chef was alot of fun, even though he was very busy. Great green tea ice cream!
like Best Sushi ever. Nothing special about these digs but the food is worth the wait. Reservations accepted but the place is always packed. Spicy tuna on crispy rice melts in your mouth
good Do yourself a favor and sit down at the sushi bar. Order the omakase. Last time I was here I sat down for 2 hours, enjoying the deliciously fresh medley of sushi and sashimi the chef brought me. Absolutely amazing.
Good prices Great food. Good prices. Wide variety of authentic Thai dishes. Can't go wrong with whatever you order! Lots of veggie and meat options to please your pickiest to the adventurous eaters!
good restaurant This is a really good restaurant with a sleek, modern vibe. To be honest, it doesn't fit in its location, but the food is definitely worthwhile. While the prices may not be as enticing as Akashi and Shiki, the food is excellent, and the service is top notch.For starters, I absolutely recommend getting either the Chicken Lettuce Wraps or the Fried Tofu. Both are delicious. All of their rolls are good. I also really like the Albacore, Salmon and White Tuna.
wonderful wonderful Thai resturaunt with the bonus that it is open for breakfast. Crazy large portions so make sure to order family style. The room is a beautiful setting and I would give the food a two yums up!
