I was craving sushi tonight. The hotel recommended a few different places, but was so happy to find Wasa Sushi on my own! Along with a small Sake, I had the Albacore Tataki w/Crispy Onion and it was quite rich but just right. Next, I had the Crispy Rock roll. Wow! It was so delicious & filling. Just what I needed! I'll definitely go back here whenever I'm in Irvine!
