Awful! I signed with them before summer, and they didn't tell us they were selling the building. They also didn't upkeep their building whatsoever, and like to throw in new carpet to distract potential renters. So far my apartments had a water heater leaking gas, yellowjackets burrowing into the house, a broken dryer, and now piping problems. Stay away from these people. They don't take care of their buildings and from my experience, they are rude!
