We stayed at this hotel in April and had no HOT WATER. They sent someone to check it and supposedly fixed it, but next day again no HOT WATER. Said we needed to turn the faucet to an exact spot in order to get Hot Water. At \$197.20 for two nights, plus \$12 each day for parking, we should have had all the Hot Water we wanted. This place was really old!! This was by far the largest room I have ever stayed in ...There was a total of 3 closet..2 of them were walk-ins....However, there were Coach Roaches in the hallway...But I was able to deal with that...BUT the RATS were as big as CATS.....we went to swimming pool, it was really nice and totally surrounded by a private fence...UNTIL...the rats came out...There were everywhere...I asked the service desk for a new room immediately after seeing the HIGH toilet in this extremely small OLD bathroom...bu... read more
