My wife bought the 3" paring knife during a church bus trip 5 yrs ago. Other then a couple swipes on a steel this knife has never been sharpened. It still is sharper then any other knife we had ever bought before. We now own 9 kitchen knives and a set of steak knives. The 7" chef knife is probably the most used knife we have, but the new 5" chef knife has been getting a lot of use already. Would recommend these knives over any of the high priced German or Japanese knives that cost way more.

I dropped 8 knives off this passed Sunday, to be sharpened. I live 280 miles away, the knives arrived in the mail today. Great job sharpening , and excellent customer service. I highly recommend and I will be buying more!

Got to visit the knife shop a few years after Earnest passed. It was nice to hear sharpening tips from a master. Must have been in the 70's. I was a rookie knife grinder at the time.

Everything ,the service and quality cant be beat and It doesn't matter if u buy s whole set at once or one at a time the price by the piece is the same bcuz not everyone can afford a whole set at once and they understand that

I bought 6 Warther knives off of EBay for my wife for Christmas and they were in really bad shape. I took them to be sharpened and at pick up I tested the edge of the 5 inch boning knife as it had the worst edge and it was SO sharp that I didn't even feel it cut me (just a nic that didnt even bleed) when I tested it. I didn't know it until I put on some hand sanitizer and it burned. She was so happy to get them for Christmas and wants the rest of the executive chef set with a cheese knife
