Where do I start? I did not know that this is how knives were supposed to work. Cutting celery was like cutting butter! I am getting rid of all other knives in my house..don't need them. WOW! Their knives are amazing! Now I know what all the hipe is about.
Just received my knives this evening. I opened up the tomato knife, washed it and cut a fresh garden tomato. It slid through with ease. Instant love!! Can’t wait to try my 9” carving knife this weekend on a pork loin off the smoker. So glad to have High quality American made knives!! Worth the price.
The quality of the knives is amazing and the personal service can't be beat. I have one utility knife that my mom got in 1945.
