I had to come in today and went to see a new doctor because my PCM was unavailable. The doctor was so rude from the start. The nurse was very polite but the doctor had attitude from the beginning. Dr.R.T.

I am very frustrated with the difficulty I am having scheduling a follow up appointment. I mistakenly did not schedule it while I was at the clinic, so I attempted to do so through the MHS Genesis patient portal. Unfortunately, my provider does not appear anywhere in the system. I then called the main appointment line and was told they do not have access to her schedule because she is a pharmacist and could only send her a message asking her to contact me.
