Renovations, confusing entry way. If you don't know where you're going, it's a mess.
During my visit to the treatment room, I felt well looked after and the nurses showed great care.
Extremely helpful receptionist over the phone, was unable to book an appointment with Heidelberg and she looked around at many different locations to be able to find an availability for me. I was unable to get your name, but thankyouuu so much!!
