Great Experience – I have very long, very fine hair but I have a ton of it. People usually take hours and hours to highlight my hair. My colorist was great. She talked me out of a single process to go blonder and instead took the time to do highlights. It came out way better then I expected and she was right, it was much for my hair and lifestyle. Edward Tricomi rude owner bad customer service – I went to the salon Warren Tricomi at the Plaza as first time guest, as I wanted to try the services across from my office. I normally go to Fekkai and I am familiar with nice salons. I was told when I originally went in my highlights would cost $250 by the front desk associate, plus as a local business they extended 20% off as a potential new corporate account.
