Dr. P and his entire staff were amazing. He took all the time I needed to answer all questions on both pre ops, took very good care during my hospital stay and was %150 available for all of my after care. I would recommend him to friends and family.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Poag and I highly respect him. I have instant relief in my hand after surgery. The whole process with him went very smooth.
I can see why he only has 2.5 stars. I got such a run around. I called to schedule and consultation. She wouldn't schedule my appointment until talking to the Dr. I received 4 phone calls asking questions, BMI?, age?, health?, medical records? All of that was just fine. I went to my doctor and had my medical records sent to them. But here's the thing.....they knew from the 1st phone call that I was in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area but people here were booked out.
