Had a first metatarsal fusion March 2026. Recovery is just as Dr. Latham said it would be. From my first consult with Dr. Latham to my 2 week post op , he has been very thorough explaining the procedure and things to do post op. Foot feels pain free now; could not have had a better experience with Dr. Latham, his amazing office assistant Sandra (who always returns calls in a timely fashion despite being extremely busy) and the surgical team at Scarborough General. You’re in great hands with Dr. Latham and Sandra
Not only is Dr.Latham a highly skilled surgeon but he is funny and intelligent, as well as compassionate towards his patients and Sandra on the front desk has all those amazing qualities as well (except being a surgeon but who knows she can be capable of anything she puts her mind to) going to this team puts you in the best possible care from beginning to end and beyond I had amazing results because of this incredible team they helped me for afterwards by referral to another Dr who will help me with other issues I'm very gra... read more
After months of negligence from another orthopedic doctor regarding my foot injury, which occurred over five months ago, I finally had the chance to see Dr. Warren Latham—and I’m incredibly grateful that I did. I'm still recovering from the ankle ligament surgery with allograft. I have received support, explanations, appropriate teaching of how to take care of myself and what to expect, and of course the actual surgery. Everything so far was on time and with a lot of compassion, great communication and professionalism.
I had a bunionectomy and lapidus fusion on my right foot in Sept 2024 and just had my left foot done Jan 2026. I am almost 2 weeks post op.Dr. Latham is awesome! He's a super busy specialist, but he knows his stuff. Answered all my questions. Explained the procedures clearly too. He's got a great sense of humour as does his secretary.
