I lived in Warren Heights apartments for 14 months. I paid my rent on time and fullfilled all my requirements that was expected of me at the time I left. I fullfilled my lease and cleaned the apartment well, along with the carpets. When it came time to get my security deposit of $350.00, I was told I would not be getting it back! I owed them ZERO and did my part! I was informed that I would be charged $80.00 for ANOTHER one of the "OWNERS" companies to clean the carpets.
