Extremely slow and terrible service. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half, then when I got taken to the back I had to wait another 30 for the doctor. He was in the room with me for less than 2 minutes, didn’t get my full list of symptoms, and just brushed off anything I had to say. Also waited over 45 minutes for a swab test.
daughter went there cause she was a victim of abuse ,the lady that was checking her in looked at her an automatically said NO NO NO WE DONT TAKE ASSAULT VICTIMS AN WOULDNT CHECK HER IN, my daughter already felt awful so I had to drive her to the ER in BrokenArrow an this is when the ice,snow came.This was a African American lady with no kind of empathy,ok turn a person away but darn DONT BE SO HEARTLESS MISS
If I could give them less than 1 star I would been sitting waiting for 3 hrs now and was told when my wife got here that there wasn't many people in front of her but for the last 3 hrs I've been watching person after person walk in and walk out before my wife has even seen anyone. Makes me sick!!!!
go somewhere else…anywhere else.
My family member was herded through like a piece of livestock,for no other purpose other than . At best these folks are incompetent and at worst they are unethical.
