I visited Warren Clinic Springer Tuesday Nov. 4th and the 6th during which I was dealing with a terrible stomach infection. Tuesday I arrived at 10:30, wait-time was a bit long but that’s expected at a urgent care. I was seen by two paramedics and got labs drawn; quick and painless. Do not use Dr Dana Davis - was not professional or caring. I was needing a steroid for asthma and having trouble breathing. Instead of being compassionate she mocked me and would ask me the same question over and over even though it was obvious I was having trouble breathing. She said is this a good number to call you back? I said sure.. so she kept asking that same question over and over and over and over until I said is there a problem?! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I AM SO UPSET! MY 85 YEAR OLD MOM WENT THERE LAST WEDNESDAY AND SHE TOLD THEM SHE HAD BAD CONSTIPATION AND PAIN AND THEY TOLD HER SHE HAD A UTI, GAVE HER ANTIBIOTICS AND WENT HOME. 2 DAYS LATER SHE WAS WORSE, WENT BACK AND THEY GAVE HER A STOOL SOFTENER. 2 DAYS LATER SHES IN THE HOSPITAL WITH DIVERTICULITIS!!!!!!! Dr davis stitched me up good. Although she tried to lie to me about there potentially being glass and or tendon/nerve damage to my hand, on a workmans comp claim. Despite my insistence that something deeper was weonf. I feel like there is a lot of boot-licking to insurance that played into her arrogance. Probably not again until tomorrow.
