DO NOT GO HERE!!! MY 85 YEAR OLD MOM WENT THERE LAST WEDNESDAY AND SHE TOLD THEM SHE HAD BAD CONSTIPATION AND PAIN AND THEY TOLD HER SHE HAD A UTI, GAVE HER ANTIBIOTICS AND WENT HOME. 2 DAYS LATER SHE WAS WORSE, WENT BACK AND THEY GAVE HER A STOOL SOFTENER. 2 DAYS LATER SHES IN THE HOSPITAL WITH DIVERTICULITIS!!!!!!! SHE HAD IT THE E WHOLE TIME THAT'S WHY SHE WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN. THIS MUST BE THE WORST URGICARE IN THE CITY! THE DIAGNOSED MY DAD WRONG TOO BEFORE. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! ALSO SHE DOESNT EVEN HAVE A UTI!!!!
Dr davis stitched me up good. Although she tried to lie to me about there potentially being glass and or tendon/nerve damage to my hand, on a workmans comp claim. Despite my insistence that something deeper was weonf. I feel like there is a lot of boot-licking to insurance that played into her arrogance. Probably not again until tomorrow.
Nurses on the phone will make getting a note for work basically impossible. I have hematoma the size of a baseball on my thigh and saw the clinic Tuesday evening around 10pm because of it. When I called today to ask about a doctor's note for work the first nurse I spoke too told me "we can only write a note for a week," when I asked her if she could write me a note saying I could return to work on Sunday... Tried calling them for 15 minutes after they opened. The automatic answering machine said that Warren Clinic Urgent Care was closed their hours are Monday-Saturday 8AM -8PM. This is very frustrating when they won’t answer the phone and they claim they open at 8.
