RecommendedBoth of my kids were born there. The first one almost 4 years ago, and we just had one August 10th. The nursing staff(Patty, Angie, Morgan), the OB nurse(Miranda), the baby nurse(Jamie) anesthesiologist(Dr Cunningham), and Dr Loveless all made the delivery super easy and took such great care of us all while we were there. I would recommend St Francis to anyone for their delivery or childcare needs.
I’ve bled through all of my clothes (not period related) been in the waiting room FIVE hours
I took my boyfriend here because he had COVID symptoms: extreme fatigue, horrendous coughing, shortness of breath, etc. They did a few scans and put him back in the waiting room until an actual room opened up. We were there for a few hours and when we checked to see about wait times the triage nurse was very rude and told us they were understaffed hence the long wait times. (1) We arrived here at 6:30 am for surgery, and how convenient, they can’t find the Covid test my husband took last Friday so they did another one telling us the results would be back within an hour. Two and a half hours later we asked about the results. Another hour they took him back to surgery. (2) my husbands daughter has been trying to change to a doctor at St Francis since last fall. Don’t go to the ER here. Unless you like waiting. Keep saying how busy they are, and only have one doctor. They should probably hire more doctors.
If anyone is thinking about using St Francis hospital, DON’T! Their financial department is a JOKE! None of them know what the hell they are talking about and anytime you talk to one of them they tell you a COMPLETELY different story and give me a COMPLETELY different amount as to what I owe. We have been fighting with Them since January to pay my hospital bills (We have an HSA account) and they won’t let us pay with it! It asks for an account number when you try to pay online but when we ask them for the account number the... read more
