Very clean and staff was very sweet. Just super long waits.
3 hour+ wait with an infant, very poor communication and patient care by nonexistent doctors. Paramedics being overworked to check in patients with no MD/DOs present, only very unsure PAs. Walked out with no diagnosis/treatment for a basic symptom.
Nice people and I love our doctor... Dr. Mays is a great physician..
This is the only urgent care I go to. It's usually fairly fast, very skilled and professional staff, and very compassionate care. Very quick with referrals as well.
1) lack of communication with patient - when you sit in a room for over an hour 1/2 and no one checks on you that is poor management... how hard is it for a nurse/tech to check in with the patient 2) uncaring attitudes
