Don't get me wrong. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. The doctors there are terrible. Emil Get your stuff together, man. It shouldn't take five days for you to get back to somebody on my chart! Not cool.
I have given this office multiple times to not be terrible and every time I have been disappointed. They have absolutely no compassion and not professional at all. Dr. Williamson and his staff are the absolute worst staff of Medical providers I have ever dealt with. His nurses are rude and unprofessional. Highly recommend you go anywhere but here.
Wasted my time. Male doctor on staff was completely judgmental. Horrific. He’s definitely in the wrong field. The incompetence is astounding.
At time of check in for appointment the girl was very friendly and helpful, Dr Emil Kasmia is friendly and listened to my questions and concerns and took the time to answer them in a way that I understood what he was saying.
On the phone trying to move an appointment after being canceled on. Deedee is absolutely horrible as far as customer service. Her tone and attitude were very upsetting. Please train your staff for better customer service. Some are simply not cut out for it.
