If I was able to give a negative number I would.. Place is absolutely useless better off going to ER. Daughter has severe panic disorder so bad she vomits and shakes actual physical reaction she still remains calm and kind but becomes violently physically ill. Doctors here are just say sorry they don’t do anything stating we don’t prescribe meds for this. All while charging your insurance and doing nothing. Dr. Rice and the entire staff have always been so helpful at Springer. They are typically very communicative when they need to reschedule an appointment. Dr. Rice is an amazing pediatrician, and cares about his patients. He answers questions I put in on the portal in a timely manner, and sometimes at night or on the weekends when it’s a question about my son being sick. We love Springer and we are so glad we chose to go there for our first child!
If you are not going to have a phone tree option and have a voicemail answer during business hours, at least put your fax number and contact information. it's a waste of time.
