Absolutely horrible experience! I only saw the PA, never a Dr. I was given a pair of crutches even tho I had a pair (that wasn't up to the PAs standard, I guess), then was billed for $142.21. I wasn't told I had to pay for them, I could have gotten the same crutches at Walmart for less than $50. I do NOT recommend this office! 1 month later, still no resolution!
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 is the check-in staff. Otherwise, awesome place.
Dr. Smith has been my doctor for a couple of years now. He explains everything to me and never rushes. I have been taken good care of by my doctor and Rebecca. I am so thankful for them .
Here we sit in the waiting room waiting to be called back, one hour after our scheduled appointment. I asked at the desk what the wait time is looking like and was just told another 45 minutes!! IN THE WAITING ROOM. She said the Dr is running behind. This same thing happened last time we were here. I'm over it.
