These reviews aren't lying about Amber. I called with questions about getting scheduled. I was talking to Theresa who was super nice. Then Amber got on the phone and completely transformed a good experience into a bad one. She would ask me a question, then cut me off mid response. Pretty shocking exchange, actually. There was literally no reason to be rude.

My first time being there I didn't know what to expect, the staff were friendly & helpful. My experience was great.

Interesting because I came here to see if others had recently had issues with office staff. I would agree, Amber is one of the rudest answering the phone The rest of the office staff is not much more helpful. You would think when handling patients with mental incapacity due to a stroke, there would be a little kindness and grace. It is a completely different office than a year ago. Robin is great but we will be going elsewhere! Patients and their caregivers deserve more respect.

Amber, who I believe is the office manager, is very very rude! I went through great trouble to get referred to a specific provider at this clinic and she left me a very aggressive sounding voice mail saying it needs to be scheduled with a different provider. When I called to try to understand what was going on she continued to be aggressive, interrupt me, not answer my questions, etc. I cancelled, bullet dodged!
