This place is not good. They don’t listen to your needs. I have a primary care /doc but it was the weekend and they were closed. Both my kids are sick 7+ days. I requested the meds my kids were given by their pediatrician and they said no. I am now on day 10 and planning to go somewhere else. My kids are getting better from their meds but i am not because they wouldn’t give me antibiotics. I have never been here one time when they have helped me. It is disgusting. Urgent care means u need care now. Thanx for nothing!!
Kenosha Clinic. Refilled insulin not needles. Took five days to get them. Ordered blood tests, didn’t order A1C. Had to retake. Changed prescriptions, didn’t make notes to file. Three left messages with no return call. Poorly managed.
Dr. Watts is very nice and does a good job. But the desk clerk Ashley is rude and cut you off when your talking. You get good business by treating your customers nice
After four 1 hundred mile trips to Tulsa, referred to a urologist (3 more trips) who thought he'd use me as a practice dummy in proctology, me telling him I thought it was a hernia and not a prostrate problem, ran three very expensive test which largely came out of my pocket, and a call to come back for another test that had already been ran because they weren't through bleeding my bank account.
