Went in for a 2nd opinion for my daughter who has ASD. Did initial evaluation with an intake person. We filled out several packets of information, sent it back as requested. 1st visit for results- They called to reschedule. 2nd Visit for results- Called to ask of we could do it over the phone. My son received an evaluation with Dr. Warren back at the beginning of Feb. It is now May 14th and I still don’t have his evaluation results. I was able to get him on the phone once to give results but quickly realized they couldn’t possibly be my son results and they were not. Kids had very similar names. Once a receptionist told me he would be in shortly and would give me a call back that day. No call. Now I’ve left 2 voice messages within 2 weeks with no return call. Make sure you record yourself there, cause they will say you didn't keep your appointment when there offices wasn't even opened....
I've been seeing Dr. Warren for several years and highly recommend him! He is a very caring and professional Dr who will work with you to face what ever your issues might be dead on.
