First time patient and overall I am satisfied. Positives: Dental assistant and dentist Jack were great. I left and could feel and see a great improvement. Jack also took a considerable amount of time to discuss my teeth and a plan for home care before I left. He seems like he cared about my teeth. I like that they didn't that new technology that finds cavities before they happen. I had a previous dentist that seemed to create more problems by per-diagnosing a non problem. Lincoln Park Smiles is a very well run , modern, and comfortable dental practice. Dr. Mell was warm, personable, and spent a considerable amount of time explaining her examination and my oral health. The dental hygienist was extremely thorough and gentle. Plus, extremely nice, as was everyone in the office. The receptionist was also very helpful figuring out what my insurance covered. I had a great experience and will absolutely continue using this practice going forward!

You might think going to the dentist brings images of fear and anxiety, but trust soothes those tensions. I have developed a lasting trust with my dentist, Dr Mell and her assistant, Vanessa, to the point that I don't get the anxiety of going to the dentist. I only think about catching up with some friends that are interested in keeping me healthy....they listen to me and I listen to them...it's great !!!

Outstanding results from a first class team. I especially liked the way Dr. Lauren gave constant, positive feedback to her assistant. We were all more comfortable with what was going on as a result.
For the first time EVER, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Everyone is so friendly and open and they do a wonderful job. The location is great and the space is clean and great. I highly recommend them! Seriously best dentist experience ever!
