Had the self-guided tour and didn’t have good experience of it. There are two elevators in the building and one is disfunctioning, another one is booked for multiple moving at the day. So have to wait for a long time for the elevator, I finally turned to walk by stairs. The leasing office needs 7min walks and the guy was quite arrogant and confident of the building. I recently moved out of The Warren at York in Jersey City after living there for a year, and I truly enjoyed my time there. The maintenance team was prompt and responsive with every request, and the property manager, Samantha, was always available and a pleasure to work with. Neighborhood is nice and quiet with a short walk to public transit and almost all daily essentials. We decided to settle down in Jersey City, and we chose this apartment because of its convenience and the vibrant atmosphere created by the people who live here. The neighbors are very nice, and the team here is great as well.
This is a good spot. I’ve been here for a few months and while the kitchen cabinets may be worn and some of the outlets don’t work… the building, the location and the vibe is great. The dog run is perfect for when my doodle needs to run around and expend some energy, the building and amenities are well cared for. My biggest issue is the key system.
