I loved my time at Windsor at Liberty. My apartment was great and clean. The environment was very homey & had a lot of sunlight. The renovations being done are also top notch. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Living here has been a mixed experience. One of the biggest issues is the ventilation — whenever a neighbor cooks, especially strong-smelling foods, the smell fills the hallway and can stick around for hours. It feels like walking into the restaurant kitchen every time you come home. The apartment doors don't help either. There are noticeable gap around the apartment door, which makes it even easier for odors to travel in and out. We have lived at Warren at York for over a year and appreciate the hard working concierge team (particularly Tiffany, the lead concierge who takes such pride in providing top service, and Deneya—both of whom are so incredibly kind and helpful each and every day—and Rita who was also wonderful who we miss), maintenance team (Mike and Alanny), and Samantha in the office (who is quick to respond to our various questions). A shout-out to Alanny, the maintenance supervisor here at 120 York Street, from a long-term resident. He is a gem; always cheerful, energetic, and responsive. He seems to take genuine pride in his work.
We have been living in this apartment and Neighborhood for almost 2 years now and the staff and maintenance folks are incredibly great and supportive in all terms with a good atmosphere. The area is well maintained and clean. One of the main highlights is the location. It’s perfect - for schools, restaurants, public transportation and parks making it easy for us to explore. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here. Thank you!
