Mixed experience. It’s a nice building that is relatively tidy and well maintained. Nice staff and concierge too. Quality of the apartment is okay. It’s dated and has mdf used for cabinets which is worn and falling apart at places. The PTACs are noisy and inefficient making the utility bills high. Cooking smells from other apartments does reach inside the apartment. Another big part of experience for anyone is the leasing. I did a self tour via an app that does ask for your ID to be uploaded. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional concierge.
We just visited this building at 2:00pm on Jan 3 2026 to see a 2br2ba apartment. First of all the lockbox didn’t open so we couldn’t check out the apartment. Second the doorman girl is really rude. She didn’t respond properly or didn’t had the courtesy to check it why it isn’t working so we could check out the apartments. There were other people trying to enter the building but she wasn’t paying attention at all to let people in. Id not recommend it!! And owners should look into the inconvenience caused
