They are friendly but not up to date on information about FIV. Dr. Warren does not seem interested in working with special needs pets. She also diagnosed my cat as pregnant so we prepared for kittens but none were found on an xray by another vet. Insists on prescription or expensive foods she happens to sell. This is a good vet for general needs such as exams, vaccines, neutering, and other routine procedures. If you have a delicate or special needs animal, I would recommend a different vet.

We brought our 5 year old pit in last Saturday with several issues and Dr.Warren did an excellent job. our pup is feeling and looking better and the price wasn't bad. very reasonable for sure!
Dr. Warren and her staff are wonderful, professional, and kind. Very knowledgeable. Dr. Warren explained things and they’re always transparent on pricing and what’s being done. At first I wanted to hold my puppy myself, but they need to do it for liability and safety! The tech was such a wonderful gentleman was gentle and kind with my puppy. I trust them.

As always Dr Warren and her staff were exceptional. I've been bringing my pets here for a few years and wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else.
I got a new kitten for my wife from my sisters litter of kittens. Tiny kitty needed shots. We were quoted 140ish for all shots. Then the shots were drawn out over a 3 visit period and we were going to be charged over 300 dollars until we said stop and we will never be returning. Will be contacting BBB also.
