So rude had to take generator to get fixed they said would call probably be ready Friday never heard from them so called they were like it will be 30 days we are like that's ok well pick it up my husband went to get it an the woman. Was so hateful an rude u all should not be in business
Was impressed with their "honesty and help" until we were lied to do many times. Hope the owner/main manager sees thus. Seemed like she was ok but the service manager has lied so many times he can't keep the stories straight. if you go there walk out facing him because he will sure lie to your face. Very disappointed in this company.
VERY disappointing to attempt to work with these guys. Kept blaming the owner and putting us off. Would never go there again. Unable to fix our Cub Cadet and it was a nightmare to get our monies returned! Bad, bad, bad experience. Wish we had listened to the 8 other folks who warned us about this place. Only positive is that it is convenient to get to. That's it!
Great service every time i have been there. They are extremely busy so you may wait a few minutes or get a busy signal when you call but keep in mind they are busy because they are really good at what they do. It's worth the wait to spend my money locally with someone who knows what they are doing and who cares about getting it right the first time! I definitely recommend these folks!
Every time I have called or needed anything that I have to have immediately for my job. I EITHER GET A PERSON WHO DOESN'T know anything about the parts I need, a busy tone, or never an answer. I wouldn't have done a single point of business and any kind of sale from such a poorly ran company.
We had them order a part for our lawnmower. We were promised it would be arriving in 3-5 days. 2 weeks later, we were still waiting. We finally just went and got our money back. We ordered it online and it arrived in 2 days. They kept saying it was on backorder. ..will never go back.
