So incredibly helpful, reasonably priced, and beyond my expectations. They helped me Pick the perfect keepsake and arrangement over the phone for a memorial service. They were so kind, patient and helpful and it’s lovely.
Customer service was less than stallar. In fact it is below average at best. It is unfortunate that this is the only local florist. Very disappointed in the level of customer service and the manner in which the employees and management feel is okay to speak to paying customers! You have lost me as a customer today!
I ordered flowers for a special birthday for my mother and was VERY disappointed in them. They did attempt to correct the issue but I feel I was paying them for a service that they did NOT deliver. I was not specific enough regarding my desire but I feel for the cost they should have known better. I will not be using this company again.
I am extremely disappointed with your services today. My family and I used your company for funeral flowers for my aunts funeral. (I was unaware I was using your company due to third party outsourcing). Not only was the order incorrect and I had to call to get it fixed during the showing, the man that came to fix it was extremely rude telling me all my issues were going in one ear and out the other and when I said he was unprofessional he said oh well stuff happens. We were recently married (July 2015) and Warner's did our flowers and linens for the wedding. The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS! I received so many compliments on the bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets - they were very full and natural...exactly what I wanted. Peggy really listened to me during our consultations, she had excellent recommendations and knew exactly what to do make everything look perfect.
