Special shout out to the day surgery team, especially Nurse Naomi. Such a caring and friendly soul she was, put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble, she listened, cared and she showed professional pride in her work. The whole process from admission to recovery was seamless. Thanks again to everyone in the say surgery ward!

Had a day procedure, from admission, theatre, recovery and discharge was above and beyond. Staff were extremely attentive. With a beautiful bedside manner. My experience of day surgery could not have been better. The staff were efficient and professional and all instructions were clear and specifically took into account that people are feeling stressed when undergoing surgery. Everything was so well labeled.
Today was my fourth day surgery admission since August 2023.Im still amazed by the exceptional quality of care, the dedication of all the staff from the moment I walk in the front door.The beautiful lady who always greets us with a big , genuine smile and makes me feel like I welcomed back.The admission Sr is a wonderful caring person, the handsome and kind man who wheeled me to theatre and then I had the most caring anestheist and talked me through my concerns and settled my anxiety so gently and calmly.The RN who inserted ... read more
