Good staff and enviroment
My stay in the surgical ward this week has exceeded any possible expectation of a positive experience. From reception, housekeeping, catering, nursing, allied health and medical officers … every interaction was outstanding. The epitome of professionalism, service and heart-felt care. The facilities, such as my room, were hotel-like. My breakfast restaurant-like. Staff knowledge was excellent, and the bedside manner of each one of the hospital's team was top shelf.
Your driver that pulled out on me about an hour ago near speers pt Butchers and proceeded to give me the finger afterwards needs to be sacked.
At the cost of this place per night i am disgusted in the meals they deliver, absolutly never booking an operation here again.
