Ramsay has a fundamental disrespect and contempt for its staff as they demonstrated during their latest union negotiations. The management at Warners Bay Private take this to a higher level and are now reaping what they have sewn for the last few years. Their management recently sent desperate text messages to nursing staff requesting they come in to abate the current ‘crisis’ (literally how they describe their own operations - no joke). Was a patient at Warner's Bay Private hospital, how disappointing that experience was! Nurses and other staff very loud during the night, couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast was over an hour late!! Staff was friendly and apologetic, but we're paying big dollars for private health insurance; NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
I recently underwent 2 separate procedures in day surgery, with one requiring 5 weeks of post-op assistance for issued equipment (NPWT). The onsite pre and post-op experience was helpful, patient and caring, as was the continued assistance to manage NPWT equipment. Never was I made to feel like I was a burden (although I often felt it!) Thank you to the kind staff - assistance during a difficult time is always appreciated !
Special shout out to the day surgery team, especially Nurse Naomi. Such a caring and friendly soul she was, put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble, she listened, cared and she showed professional pride in her work. The whole process from admission to recovery was seamless. Thanks again to everyone in the say surgery ward!
I had a day procedure at WBPH recently and it was seemless! Which is what you want right! Fabulous is good, professional and friendly is great! The experience and the team were all those things but start to finish, everything was seemless! Thank you 🙏🥂👍👏
