I had all four wisdom teeth removed from a younger male doctor. He did not put enough numbing with the needle and I could literally feel everything when he was pulling at my molar. I proceeded to tell him I could feel everything and he then acted as if I was lying. I literally had to yell at him that I was in pain for him to put more. The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist and I will never ever be returning. Extremely unprofessional and bad practice.
I highly recommend Warners Bay Dental. My daughter had her first ever dental visit with Dr Kathryn Cowling, and I was genuinely moved by how gentle, caring, and professional she was. It meant so much to me that my daughter felt safe and happy during the appointment, and Dr Cowling and her team made the whole experience incredibly positive. We’ll definitely keep coming here. Overpriced!!! Charged me an extra $56 as an (additional Xray) to do the other side of my mouth?? It wasn't explained when I asked for a quote that the Xray didn't include both sides or that they then charge you a further $25 to keep the Xrays on record.... So in total $384 for a check up, Xray and clean. Won't be going back.
