Excellent service. We’ve tried other drive through centres and this one is our family favourite! 😋
Awful waste of time, need to have some sort of queuing system in place. They told me they would not test me if I parked the car and waited.
Waited 45 min only to be told by traffic management sorry we needed to go around the round about and wait at the back of the queue on the other side. Complete waste of time and fuel. Waited another 30min and didn’t move an inch. Gave up. When we drove by the testing place it looked empty. Not worth waiting for a test.
Test staff were professional enough (sincere thank you) but you should really re-think the parking / traffic attendants. With no provocation or rudeness initiated on our part the traffic attendant had very poor manners and impatience when we'd already been waiting 2 hours and felt mentally stressed, down hearted and sick. Turned up was told by 1 security guard they were busy and go wait in the car park next door and they would call me in when ready. The car park was locked. So turned around and waited in queue that had formed and was then yelled at by a different security guard that you couldnt get in and I should drive around the block until they could fit me in. Security guard 1 wasn't wearing a mask and ignored me when I asked again where is this car park you told me to wait in. Security Guard 2 said there isn't one. Wouldn't go back there... read more
