I Love Warner Vista Animal Hospital I can always count on the doctors at Warner Vista Animal Hospital. They often get me in same day when there is a serious issue with one of my dogs. I never have to worry about being charged too much or for unnecessary things. They are up front about the costs, what is crucial vs. might be a good idea vs. not needed. My dogs have seen all of the doctors at one time or another, and I recommend them all. I love that I can get medications from that office as well. I would continue to use Warne... read more

lack of knowledge The vet never talked to let me know her levels until I asked him to please read the results from the lab to me, he didnt even understand the results and told me he thought I should know just by giving me the results...... really I said I dont even know what lab you use and different labs have different calibrations. They have no problem charging for these test but they have no knowledge on the results. I do not recomend this facility and think they need to take some continuing education classes before they ... read more

Uninformed We took our dog on 1/6 and he was diagnosed with partial laryngeal paralysis. The vet informed us that as long as we did not let him get overheated, he would be fine. They stated that there is a surgery, but it was not recommended or necessary. 1 month later (to the day), our dog suffocated to death. We felt blindsided by the lack of information provided to us. While difficult to predict, we felt uneducated and that we missed the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding our dogs health.

Cooper in the Sun Dr Carr is a very sensitive guy when it comes to my dogs. ( I am not sure how much he would like me saying that) I had taken one of my dogs to another vet and had her spayed and they nicked her spleen in the process. So I switched to Warner Vista. I have been with them ever since mostly because of Dr Carr and his professionalism and knowledge. He is a great asset to this pet hospital. I would highly recommend him and would follow him if he were to ever leave!!! He made me feel at ease when my dog cooper had... read more

Great Vet in the East Valley We have 3 current dogs and had two that are now deceased. All our dogs have all been treated since we got them by these vets. We've had nothing but positive experiences including an emergency visit. The patient friendly and have a good manner with dogs.

Not recommended. The office is clean and the staff is friend, but the Vet does not know how to communicate. I brought my dog in for booster shots, and bad breath. They treated the dog, but I'm uncertain how the dog was diagnoised with tick fever. The vet at an emergency hospital did not believe the dog had tick fever and the vet at Warner Vista didn't communicate clearly what testing was performed to arrive at that conclusion. I do not recommend this location.

Great veterinarian!! I had my first visit today at Warner Vista Animal Hospital. The office staff was friendly, polite and very accommodating since I have a dog aggressive dog. I waited in the exam room for just a couple min before I was greeted by Dr. Carr. Dr. Carr was personable, friendly and did not rush during the exam. He took his time to explain to me all that I needed and answered my multiple questions about my senior dog, He is knowledgeable and has a genuine love for the animals that he treats. I used to have a vet... read more

Awful! I would not recommend this vet to anyone! The vet does not know customer service and has no answers! The receptionist yelled at me and started utilizing curse words because of the questions I had about my bill, which was many additional charges for stuff that was never performed. the vet who owns the place came out and defended his staff vs apologize. Then I was forced to get out of there without paying because of the hostile situation, and then they send me a bill with interest on it! I left four messages finally get... read more
