Took my 2013 Nissan Altima here for a recall as tireman had found it and they have been nothing but AWESOME. They call me quickly and promptly. They’re always willing to answer a question I have or return my calls when I leave a voicemail. Mitch has been very helpful, and phylis was extremely friendly !! I wish the car had came from here, im sure it would’ve been a much better deal then Kia!!!!

Came in to get my first oil change on my Rouge and left with a new Nissan for my wife for Christmas!
The service department is a joke and their service writers are liars. Took my wife's quest in for an A/C problem. To make a long story short, they quoted me $200 for a used part they were buying for $79 and another $200+ for a 5 min install. They broke her heater control body and told me it had to be broken to know what to fix. Making mistakes is human, but lying to me and then trying to make me pay for a part they made inoperable is plain shady and unacceptable.. Zero stars. No integrity.
I had the #handsdown best car buying experience at Warner Nissan yesterday. Steve and Zach were great to work with. I went from being a casual shopper to buying a new Murano within just a couple of hours. They were informative, efficient, professional, kind and respectful. I even got to drive my new car right off the showroom floor. Warner Nissan just earned a customer for life.
