Originally I left a very nice review, because I believed these people when they sold me that they take care of their customers. COULDN'T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. So I am now editing. This location sold us a lemon of a Nissan Rogue (brand new) where the dual temp control didn’t work at all from day one (either ice cold or scalding hot), would do nothing to make it right after they had it in the shop for TWO MONTHS and then actively took action to block us from pursuing the lemon law correction (falsified paperwork, input in... read more
I would not recommend this place at all. Not only was I routinely left unresponded to for days, they tried to pretend that a car that has been on the lot for 2 months magically was about to get sold when I asked about it's availability. They did not even try to figure out if the car was "available" until a WEEK after we had been in contact, then all of a sudden "oh no its getting shown today". Spitzer was a 5 star experience ! Our salesman Ryan Davis was great at helping my wife and I find the right auto that suited our needs . He pleasantly surprised us when he offered us an even better borrowing rate/% than our own resources. Ryan was above and beyond during the entire process. Nick in the service dept. was equally as accommodating. We had a minor concern that he took care of without hesitation and resolved it for us quickly and reliably. Thank you
