Poorly ran building. The manager Alex Koi is extremely unprofessional. Repair requests NEVER get handled in a timely manner. Plumbing and water gets shut down a few times a month. There is no info on the owners of this building. Beware of signing a lease or giving a penny of your money to this slum building. The alley is filled with bums peeing, a noisy car wash and gas station next door and a tenant who disturbs the peace.
