Now, where should I start. So much to say about the new and super improved apartment manager, ***TINA! ***. I lived in 3 previous apartment complexes before Warner Courtyard and she is by far, the BEST person you’d want and love to have. She not only has a great heart but has the requirements needed for the position. Before Tina, Warner courtyard was failing. FAILING BIG TIME. The previous manager, who I will not name, failed us ! Far and away the best complex I’ve lived in. All credit goes to Tina, who runs this place with all the care you could ever expect or want. Friendly community, kind people, a nice part of town. Absolutely wonderful.

Not gonna lie, we had a party last Saturday which is the 1st annual spring festival and the manager Tina brought us decorations like butterflies, balloons, Photo Booth, and organized games. She made us feel safe and happy. We had a huge party and it was a blast. She is the best manager that we have ever had. She cares so much about her tenants. We are so lucky and blessed to have her as our manager. She is so nice and kind to me and to my parents. She gave me tasks organizing the festival with her, she is very supportive and... read more
