I bought a used truck from them this past friday, 3 days later the engine needs replaced. Lost compression in cylinder 6. I called them and ask them to help make it right they they refused. Sold me a lemon. Initially when I took it out for a test drive with Brady Waren...the engine light came on and was told it will clear itself since it was recently gone through. I was definitely mislead and recommend you do not do business with them. Im out $13,000 and now i have to spend nother $2000 to fix a junk engine.
The salesmen that helped me get my new used car was totally awesome. Every one there was very nice.
Just bought a new GMC Yukon. They didn't have the color we wanted on the lot, so went and got the exact one we wanted and drove it down. Impressed with the service!
Took my car thinking there was a nail in the tire was told there wasn't, took my car home tire was almost flat. Called Ballas Buick GMC in Toledo sent them a picture of the "nail" they ordered me a new tire. Here I am getting it changed oh and there was a drill bit in my tire about 5in long. Thank you Warner Automotive for not doing your job! I would recommend any one looking for a car to go to Ballas, better servive all around they care about their customers.
Nick was awesome. Great experience!! We just stopped in to look and left with a vehicle that had everything we wanted.
So I just wanted to say that my car has been in the repair shop for a long time, but I am impressed that even though they gave me a quote in advance, they have discovered they are putting much more labor and parts into my car than they originally had planned on and they are still sticking to the original quote regardless. And they are not letting my car go because they are not happy with how it's running, which let's me know they are thorough.
