I am almost at the end of my trail here at Warn Springs. It has been very exilleratting, to say the least. I have worked hard, with the staff here, and they have pushed me at times. I came in barely able to turn over in bed, and I can now walk about the room freely, within less than a weeks time. I would say they know what they are doibg and you just have to work hard at the exercises given to you. I love the food here and I can take showers on my on, without falling.
Warm Springs is the best place to get back in the saddle. They were nice and pushed me just enough to be able to regain my strength. Also the food was for the most part awesome .
