My dad suffered from dehydration and delirium due to his advanced age and Parkinson’s (dehydration doesn’t mix well with these factors). He was sent to encompass rehab on Ben white and we checked out of there and I checked my dad into warm springs from a reference over at seton southwest. They received us with open arms and it never changed the entire time. My dad received great treatment and came out of there 100% better than when he went in. Nurse Kalee Ball went above and beyond for my family while our Grandad was recovering from falling on ice and breaking many ribs. What could have been a very stressful experience was completely avoided due to her special care and attention. I would highly recommend PAM and Kalee needs a raise! ♥️
Don't send loved one their! 2/20/21 my daughter was there 11 days, developed sepsis infection and her feeding tube was not taken care of, she was dehydrated. The OT tech left her in a chair for 45 me minutes and left her room because I was there?? what kind of rehab is that. No one will talk to take accountability either

On Thursday December 31, 2020 my husband was transferred to PAM Rehabilitation hospital at 110 East Medical Center Blvd in Webster Texas following knee replacement surgery. Being at this facility was the worst experience he has ever had. They were supposed to deliver an ice machine for his knee to keep the swelling down, he did not receive it until Saturday January 2nd. he was also supposed to receive a continuous motion machine to reduce the possibility of getting a blood clot, he did not receive that until Monday January 4... read more

My brother left there with bed sores after a week! He was not provided nutrition and his drain tube was not flushed like good nurses know how to do! One nurse asked us how to do it! Really??? Unacceptable!!

They have the WORST nursing staff!! My grandma is currently here and is having a terrible time, and has been treated terribly by the nursing staff, they all have bad attitudes and are SO incredibly rude to patients. Please do NOT send your loved ones here unless you want them calling y’all crying and begging to move them facilities. I cannot believe a rehab place could be like this. stop drugging your patients when you know they need hospice and the family needs to be talked about properly to support hospice instead of being money greedy and drugging her on her allergic medicaiton. Least have the heart to give us her religious relics and give us her final paperwork. 100% NEVER SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE (prior to covid it was beter)!
The hospital was beautiful and very clean. The caregivers did excellent work. the food was delicious.
