I am very disappointed. I had to call several times to get appointment. They never called me back, and instead I had to badger them for service. When I finally got an appointment I had to take half of a day off work because they have no appointments for people who work during the day. Of course they never showed up. When I called them I found out that they got my phone number wrong and then THEY blamed ME for having a disconnected phone...even though I do not. We've wanted to convert from oil to natural gas heat for quite some time. Warm & Fuzzy made the switch quickly and far less expensive than what we believed it would've been. We now have a brand new Trane furnace and water heater that are nothing short of fantastic! The installers were professional, quick (completed everything in two days), informative, and friendly! We'll definitely be using Warm & Fuzzy in the future for the installation of central air conditioning in our home!
Very Happy with our new Trane furnace. Excellent installation service by Nick. No mess left behind each day of work and have received compliments on how well done the job looks. I would recommend them to our friends.
