In the past I was very happy with Warm & Fuzzy, but they recently were bought by NOCO and I am no longer a happy customer. We scheduled our yearly maintenance for 7/2, nothing out of the ordinary. I was told that a service member would arrive between 8-10am. At 11:00 when no one had showed up I called and was informed that the company was bought by NOCO, I should have received a letter, and that the representative coming would be from NOCO. Warm and Fuzzy Home Heating and Cooling are very excited to our family all the time when we have something done at our house. The company calls you the day before they come over to the house to reminds the customers on the time for the next day. Also they are right on time to be on the job an if they run into a problem at the house they will stay until the problems get done to fix. Warm & Fuzzy Company is very excited all the time. We give the company 5 out of 5 stars !!
Wow! The service was great...everyone was informative, polite and professional. And most importantly seemed genuinely happy!! Their systems are intuitive and they pay attention to detail. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this company.
I've hired Warm and Fuzzy in the past and most recently this week - they were nothing but professional; from the sales staff (Steve) to the A/C installers (Kevin & Kevin). The prices are great and the products (Trane) are even better. I would highly recommend you call them if you have HVAC issues or general tune-ups. Can't beat them!!

After a small fire in my home, Warm and Fuzzy installed a new tankless system for me. From the start they were professional, courteous, informative and respectful. Anthony and Kevin took the time to answer all of my questions while diligently working. My home was left clean and tidy when they were done with my installation.
