The receptionist could not be any sweeter. She made me feel comfortable and welcome when I came in to schedule the visit as well as when I came for my cleaning. She even remembered my name. She is definitely an asset. I also liked the tvs in the rooms as well as the spaciousness. I did overhear another hygenist talking rather loudly to a patient explaining their situation, gum disease, etc., which made me just a little uncomforable.
Amanda was wonderful! I am going to need a second crown done and I do not like how the first one was done. The dentist came in to prepare my tooth and then another woman came to make the impressions. When the crown came back the woman put it in and the bite was not right. I told her it was hitting high. She said it was just because it was a new tooth.
