I really like my dental hygenist. I have always been apprehensive at the dentist and I am able to relax for once.
EVERYTIME i'm am there (and my wife, who is no longer a patient because of this), I wait more than 45 minutes past my appointment time, most of the time more than 1 hour and It doesn't matter what I am there for. I have been a patient for almost 15 years and I can't remember it any other way. That is sad.
