About what I’ve heard that you had a very bad customer service and don’t do the right thing.
If I could give a zero I would. Ever since they took over the contract in our area they have been very unfriendly when contacting them. I paid my bill 10 hours late and I didn’t get my trash picked up today AND was charged the $5 late fee when I’m paying 2 months in advance. Bring back BURRTEC!!
This company did not send the bill & then picked up the garbage bins after leaving 2 hour notice. Very bad customer service. County has a long term contract so they have a monopoly on our account. Company treats customers like bonded labors.
Don't go through this worst customer service ever
